We are seeking a talented and experienced Partner Manager Lead to spearhead our global affiliate marketing program. Role Overview: As the Partner Manager Lead at enso, based in our Tel Aviv (Namal) office, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our global affiliate marketing program. You will hire and manage a diverse team across different regions, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in affiliate marketing and is comfortable developing strategies, managing relationships, and working cross-functionally to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for enso’s global affiliate marketing program, developing and implementing strategies that maximize market penetration.

  • Lead and manage a global team of affiliate marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with enso’s objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, providing accurate forecasting and opportunity sizing to drive revenue growth.

  • Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and Cost-Per-Install (CPI) campaigns that support new user acquisition globally.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with affiliate partners to secure favorable terms while ensuring compliance with enso’s policies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and business intelligence teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI, minimizing fraud, and increasing conversions.

  • Analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

  • Stay informed on global trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing to keep enso at the forefront of the industry.

  • Ensure that affiliate marketing efforts comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading partnership or affiliate marketing programs, preferably with a global scope.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate marketing programs that drive significant growth in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience hiring and leading global teams, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Expertise in affiliate marketing networks, CPA/CPI campaigns, and experience with tools such as Impact and CJ.

  • Strong knowledge of digital integrations, including pixels, Power BI, and API functionality.

  • Ability to manage budgets, develop forecasts, and track performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on solutions and adaptability to navigate changing environments.
