   At enso, we strive to provide a reliable and efficient service for every user. To maintain optimal performance and fair access, we have established usage limits for our AI agents. This policy explains what constitutes acceptable use and the actions we will take if these limits are exceeded.

2. Usage Limits
   Daily Limit: Each user is allowed to run each individual AI agent up to 10 times per day. An "Agent Run" is defined as one instance of executing an AI agent to perform a task on our platform.
   Purpose: These limits ensure that the service remains available to everyone and that no single user monopolizes system resources for any given agent.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement
   We continuously monitor usage across our platform. If your account exceeds the daily limit of 10 runs for any given agent, the following steps will be taken:
   a. Flagging

   • Automatic Flag: Your account will be automatically flagged for exceeding the daily usage limit for that specific agent.

   • Immediate Notification: You will receive a notification at your registered email address informing you of the excess usage for that agent.

4. b. Warning

   • Formal Warning: After the initial flag, you will be issued a formal warning regarding the specific agent. This warning will remind you of the daily limit and request compliance moving forward.

5. c. Suspension or Ban

   • Continued Overuse: If you continue to exceed the daily limit for a particular agent after receiving a warning, your ability to run that agent may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned.

   • Discretion: The decision to suspend or ban usage of a specific agent is made solely by enso based on the severity and frequency of the overuse.

6. Appeals Process
   If you believe your account was flagged, warned, or banned in error, you may submit an appeal:

   • Review Process: Each appeal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to resolve issues fairly, the final decision regarding account status remains with enso.
